Ros has been with Willoughbys for 10 years now, starting originally as service reception and moving later to sales administrator. Consequently she has a good broad knowledge and this was shown when she recently won a national award for best service on SEAT’s Go Programme.
Mark Payne
Used Car Sales
Mark has been with Willoughbys for 5 years now but actually has worked for us for longer as he left to sell motorbikes, only to return. He has great knowledge of all of our used car stock.
Howard Pope
Car Sales
Howard has been with us for 5 years now and sells both new and used SEATs.
Laura Newton
New Car Sales
Laura has been with Willoughby SEAT for 4 years, having previously sold Ford product. She specialises in new car sales but will temporarily be leaving us to have her first baby soon.
Trevor Henson
Motability Specialist
Trevor has been with Willoughbys since 1974, one of our longest serving members of staff, Trevor just works 2 days a week now looking after his very loyal customers.
Matt Smith
Subaru Sales Manager
Matt joined us 4 years ago from Notts County as a trainee sales executive, but has rapidly become a great asset to the business with huge product knowledge on the Subaru & Isuzu brands. In fact he recently came top in a recent Subaru Brand Specialist assessment, earning a Merit level.

John Allen
Aftersales Manager
John has been with Willoughbys since 1966 and is our longest serving member of staff, clocking up some 43 years. John has huge experience in both service and parts and in 2007 won Service Manager of the Year with SEAT.
Barry Crowther
Workshop Controller
Barry has been with the Company for 23 years now, having started as a Peugeot apprentice, rapidly moving up the ranks to be a Master Technician. Barry now runs the workshop for SEAT, Subaru & Isuzu. He has a wealth of experience and technical knowledge to help guide the technicians.
Michelle Shepherd
Service Advisor
Michelle started with Willoughbys as a trainee technician. Once qualified, she decided to move on to Service Reception. After a short spell away from us, Michelle returned to do Sales administration, then marketing and has now found her way back to Service Reception, where, with her technical knowledge she keeps a good eye on our customer’s vehicles.
Tony Frost
Senior Technician
Tony has been with Willoughby SEAT for 9 years having previously spent many years repairing and servicing Rovers. As well as keeping a watchful eye over our apprentices, Tony also does most of the diagnostic work having been highly trained by SEAT for this task.
Phil McDougall
Technician
Phil has been with Willoughbys for 9 years and is an excellent technician, heavily trained in both Subaru and SEAT vehicles.
Mark Guest
Technician
Mark is our Subaru and Isuzu specialist and has a great depth of knowledge and skill with these cars.
Bart Sierzbutowski
Technician
Bart recently joined us from a SEAT dealership in Poland and has great technical knowledge. The language barrier is no problem either as our new £8,000 SEAT diagnostic machine works in all languages!
Connie Charles
Apprentice Technician
Connie has just started her second year as an apprentice technician on the SEAT scheme and we can already see that she is developing into a fine technician.

Geoff will help provide any assistance you require on all matters parts & accessories for all of our brands.

Valetters
The valetting team have been with Willoughbys for many years and are all excellent and experienced valetters, ensuring that all the cars sold go out to our customers in superb condition and also ensuring that every vehicle in our workshop also gets a thorough clean.
